Where are the products located and shipped from?
All of our products are located and shipped from within Australia. Please note that products may be manufactured in China. The location of our warehouses can vary based on stock levels and demand; products are kept within either Victoria or New South Wales.
Do you offer International Shipping?At this time, it's not something we offer, however it may be something we consider in the future.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal.
Is delivery free?
Yes, all orders placed in Australia come with fast and free delivery Australia wide.
How long will it take to receive my order?

What if my order is delayed?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14 day return policy for most items. The item must be unused and in its original packaging for a full refund.
What happens if I receive faulty/defective item?
Please contact us within 14 days of arrival, and we will endeavor to offer either a full refund or replace the faulty item.
I have ordered multiple items but have not received all of them. Where is my missing item?
The item you have ordered should arrive soon. Please contact us if you do not receive the item within 5 business days after your fist parcel has arrived.
